Small Changes – Big Impact

#1 From “Is this flattering?” → “Is this expressive?”
Instead of dressing to hide or conceal certain parts of your body, pay attention to what feels emotionally right. Let your clothes reflect your personality, not just your proportions. Wear what makes you feel your BEST.
#2 From copying others → curating a point of view
Influencers can be good reference points for great style and on-trend looks, but when you copy their outfits exactly without knowing your TRUE personal style first, it can feel like you’re wearing a costume. Use influencers as inspiration instead, not your guidebook. Pinterest is also great! Notice why you’re drawn to a look: Is it the colours? The fit? The style? The vibe? Would you actually wear it? Does it suit YOUR life or a fantasy life? Ask yourself these questions to help you figure out how you want to dress in a way that feels authentic to YOU.
#3 From quantity → quality
What do you think is better: Having 5 cheaply made sweaters In your closet that you kinda like that you don’t wear on a regular basis OR having one, beautiful, high quality, natural fibre sweater in your closet that you reach for all the time but might be a bit more expensive? When you go shopping I want you to choose items you absolutely love, that you know will LAST and feel right every time you put it on. Less is more! Too many options can give you decision fatigue. Less clutter = less noise.
